Written by: 7aumsuvai

Today, I’m excited to share a delicious almond flour chocolate cake that my daughter baked for her friend. It’s rich, moist, and made with simple ingredients—plus, it’s naturally gluten-free and can be called a flourless chocolate cake. Whether you're gluten-sensitive or just love trying wholesome recipes, this one’s a keeper!

She enjoyed baking this so much and said it turned out amazing—everyone loved it! She’s already planning to make it again just for us. It uses just a handful of simple ingredients and turns out absolutely delicious!

🍫 Almond Flour Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients: Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder (half of 1/4 cup)
  • 1/6 cup sugar (or 2 and 2/3 tablespoons, or 8 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Optional Garnish:
  • Chopped pistachios or any other nuts of your choice

🧁 Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla essence.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking pan.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios or any nuts you like (optional).
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
  9. Since this cake was made as a gift, we couldn’t cut it in the video—but just look at that texture from the outside! My daughter tasted it when visiting her friend, and she said everyone absolutely loved it. She enjoyed it so much, she wants to make it again just for us!
