Easy 4-Ingredient Healthy Snack with Peanuts and Seeds | Quick Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup - Peanuts
- 1/2 cup - Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup - Flax seeds
- Jaggery powdered as needed
- 1/8 tsp - cardamom powder
- Dry roast the peanuts and seeds each separately. Allow them to cool completely. Remove the peanuts skin.
- Grind it along with jaggery powder and cardamom powder to a slightly coarse powder.
- Make laddu or ladoo and store it in an air tight container outside for a week and enjoy! Best snack for women and teen girls.
