Sweet corns are yummy and healthy kernels, that are slightly sweet in taste and gluten free. We are preparing 3 flavors of corn cups from 3 different cuisines. American chilli cheese corns,Mexican corn in a cup, and finally Indian version of corn cups.

Preparation method:
Boiling corn: Pressure cook corn kernels with enough salt and water for 1 to 2 whistles or until well cooked. Once cooled,drain the water completely and now they are ready for chaat preparations.
American chilli cheese corn:

Serves 3 to 4
- 2 cups – Corn kernels(frozen or fresh)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp – Butter
- Green chilies chopped as needed
- 1 tbsp – Cheese (Mozzarella)
- Coriander leaves chopped as needed
- 1 tbsp – butter
- 1 tbsp – Mayonnaise
- Paprika powder as needed
- Cilantro chopped as needed
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp – Butter
- Red chilli powder as needed
- Chaat masala powder as needed
- Lemon juice as needed
- Coriander leaves as needed

American chilli cheese corn:
- Take a cup of cooked corn kernels, add butter, green chilies, coriander leaves and cheese when the corn is still hot, mix well thoroughly so that cheese and butter melts and blend well together. Serve immediately.
- Take a cup of cooked corn kernels, add butter, mayonnaise,paprika powder, cilantro/coriander leaves, finally squeeze some lemon juice, mix well and serve immediately.
- Take a cup of cooked corn kernels, add butter, red chilli powder,chaat masala, coriander leaves, finally squeeze some lemon juice, mix well and serve immediately.
- Corn cups / Chaat should be eaten immediately right after you prepare for best taste. Especially chilli cheese corns, cheese will become hard when it is cooled.
- You may increase or decrease the spices added in this recipes as per your taste.
