Quick,easy, and tasty salad prepared with raw mango/green mango not ripped, along with other spices. This salad tastes sweet and slightly tangy.I had tasted this salad in a potluck at school, it was prepared by my colleague and we enjoyed it to the core. Recipe was very easy and quick but, it tastes very delicious. It is made with a specific mango which is available in Walmart, Canada.

- 2 no’s – Haden mango/ Kent mango from Peru (raw mango/unripe one)
- 1 small – Red onion(sliced lengthwise thinly)
- 3 to 4 tbsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
- Red chilli flakes as needed
- 1/2 tsp – Sugar
- 1 tsp – Lemon juice (as needed)
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut mangoes into julienne (sliced lengthwise thinly) as shown in the pictures as well as in the video. Same way slice red onions lengthwise thinly.
- Take a mixing bowl, add in sliced mangoes, onion,coriander leaves, sugar,red chili flakes,salt to taste, lemon juice, mix well thoroughly.Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
- In this recipe, I had used specific mango from Peru, which is a raw mango/green mango not ripe one. It tastes very sweet and slightly sour, which is perfect for making this salad.
- You may increase or decrease the spices as per your taste.
