During our recent visit to North Carolina,USA, we did lots of baking on Christmas Eve especially Triple chocolate brownies, Sponge vanilla cake with almond flour, White chocolate cake pops with sponge vanilla cake. In this post, you will be watching me doing these cakes and I hope you will all like it.

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 packet - Triple chocolate brownie mix(from Costco)
- 2 no – Egg
- 1/2 cup – Butter
- 1 cup – Water (plain water)
- Icing sugar for decorating
- Choco powdered for decorating
Preparation method:
- Take a mixing bowl, add egg, butter and water, mix well thoroughly with a beater. Slowly add the brownie mix and blend well until batter becomes thick and creamy.
- Preheat oven for 350 F or 180 C, meanwhile grease and dust a cake pan with flour. Pour the batter to it and bake it for 40 to 45 mins or until well cooked. You can check it by inserting tooth pick, it should come out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan at least 15 minutes then remove the cake.
- Decorate it with icing sugar and Choco powder on top. Triple chocolate brownie is ready.
Notes:
- I used store bough brownie mix for making this brownie. You may make your own base. This brownie comes with chocolate chips in it. It is rick brownie which is slightly hard outside and soft and chewy inside.
