In this post, you will be watching sponge vanilla cake with almond flour, eggs and other baking items. Almond flour gives a rich taste to the cake and also soft and tasty.

- 1 to 1 1/2 cup – Almond flour
- 4 no – Egg
- 3/4 cup – Icing sugar / Powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup – butter (melted )
- 1/4 cup – Milk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp – Apple cider vinegar / Regular vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Preparation method:
- Taking a bowl, add butter, milk and vanilla essence, mix well thoroughly and set it aside.
- Separate egg white and egg yolk separately. Beat the egg white with vinegar, pinch of salt, beat till soft foam.
- Now slowly add powdered sugar and continue to beat until it reaches soft peak consistency. Add egg yolks and mix well thoroughly.
- Followed by almond flour, add little at a time, mix well gently by folding it. finally add the butter and milk mixture, continue to mix thoroughly.
- Preheat oven for 350 F or 180 C, meanwhile grease and dust a cake pan with flour. Pour the batter to it and bake it for 30 to 35 mins or until well cooked. You can check it by inserting tooth pick, it should come out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan at least 15 minutes then remove the cake. Sponge vanilla cake with almond flour is ready.
Notes:
- You may replace almond flour with all purpose flour or wheat flour too.
