Simple and yummy paniyaram which gets awesome flavor and sweetness from banana. One of the yummiest lunch box for your kids.

- 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp – Rice flour
- 1 no – Banana
- 3 tsp – sugar / jaggery (or add as needed)
- Pinch of Cardamom powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for frying
Preparation method:
- Take a mixing bowl, add a banana, mash it thoroughly. Add sugar and continue to mix well until the sugar melts.
- Now add wheat flour, rice flour, cardamom powder,salt to taste, enough water and,mix well thoroughly until you reach dosa batter consistency. Finally add baking soda and give a quick mix.
- Heat a paniyaram pan, add ghee on each hole and when it hot, scoop the batter and fry until they are golden brown on both the sides. Continue the same process with the rest of the batter.
- Wheat banana paniyaram is ready to serve. You can pack it in your kids lunch box as it is! No need for any sides.
Notes:
- You may replace wheat flour with maida also.
- You may replace sugar with jaggery powder.
