Simply yummy paneer tortilla wrap prepared with paneer, onion, capsicum and served in a wrap with mayonnaise. One of the yummiest and filling wrap that you can pack for your kids lunch.

- 6 no’s - Tortilla wraps (I have used Ancient grains tortilla)
- 10 to 15 no’s - paneer cubes
- 1 no – Onion (sliced lengthwise)
- 1 no – Capsicum (sliced)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp – Taco seasonings
- 1/4 tsp – Dried herbs / Italian seasonings
- 1 tbsp – Red chilli sauce / Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp – Olive oil
- 3 to 4 tbsp – Mayonnaise ( I have used Avocado oil Mayonnaise)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and capsicum along with little salt, saute until they are half done.
- Now add paneer cubes and continue to saute until the paneer is half cooked. Add taco seasonings, dried herbs, red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup, mix well thoroughly and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Onion and capsicum should be slightly crunchy.
- Heat a pan,toast the tortilla on both sides until they are slightly brown. Allow them cool slightly.
- Place a tortilla, add mayonnaise, sauteed paneer mixture as needed and finally garnished with coriander leaves. Serve with tomato ketchup.
Notes:
- You may add any veggies of your choices along with paneer, onion and capsicum.
- You may add pepper powder / red chilli flakes as your spice.
