Spicy amla juice, the recipe learned from one of our friends, who always makes unique as well as healthy recipes. During our recent trip to the USA, she prepared us this spicy amla juice along with many other interesting recipes like egg pizza, mutton biryani that we all enjoyed it. I have already posted two versions of amla juice which are sweet and salty. This spicy amla juice recipe is pretty close to the salted version but, cumin seeds and peppercorns are the highlights of this recipe.

Notes:
- You may increase or decrease the quantity of peppercorns as per your spice level.
- You may replace peppercorns with freshly ground pepper powder.
- we prepared 8 glasses of juice out of this puree.
- You can add more water if you feel the juice is bitter. Healthy things always tastes bitter.
- You may add little sugar if you want your juice to be sour, spicy and slightly sweet.
