Chocolate pudding prepared with fresh avocado along with chocolate chips, which is a creamy and yummy treat to our taste buds. You really can’t taste the avocado. You can prepare this pudding in no time if you have all the ingredients right there with you.
Ingredients:
Serves 3 to 4
- 1 no – Avocado (ripe)
- 2 to 3 tbsp – Chocolate chips (I have used dark chocolate chips)
- 1/4 cup – Milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence
- 2 to 3 tbsp – Sugar or honey (Add as needed)
- Pinch of salt
- Whipping cream and chocolate shavings for serving
Preparation method:
- Melt chocolate chip until smooth as shown in the picture. Allow them to cool until it reach room temperature.
- Take a blender, add avocado, melted chocolate chips, milk, vanilla essence, sugar or honey, pinch of salt, blend it until smooth.
- Chill for 30 minutes and then serve with whipping cream and chocolate shavings on top.
Notes:
- Since I have used dark chocolate chips in this pudding, I have added extra sugar for sweetness. Careful with your sugar if you are using semi sweet chocolate chips.
- Add less milk for a thicker pudding and more for a thinner/creamier pudding.
