Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, now of worldwide renown. I tried this recipe in my own style and to my surprise it came out well…Usually pasta is made with lots of cheese but in this style I didn’t use any kind of cheese. You can use any shape of pasta in this recipe but I recommend using spiral shape because masala will stick and spread through the pasta evenly. Try this customized pasta and hope you will enjoy this new flavor.
