I am happy to introduce a new series to share breakfast, lunch and dinner menu idea. I hope many of you had a question in you when a family or friends visit your place. Yes ! it is "What to Prepare?" This is what pushed me to start this series. If we talk about any meal it brings its own cultural meaning. Today i would like to share a north Indian meal.
North Indian meal combo:
- Green peas pulao
- Paneer jalfrezi
- Chappathi / Roti
- Onion raita
- Semiya kesari
- Pickle (mango or lemon)
Notes:
- As an alternative to semiya kesari you can replace any other sweets like sooji halwa / rava kesari.
